Very new and modern. Very clean and beautifully designed. Lovely reception and ground floor area. Fantastic location, very central. appointed with everything one needs to enjoy a self-catered holiday in Barcelona. Located in what first appears to be an unattractive, typical urban mixed-use setting, it was only a couple of blocks from the Sants railroad station and Placa de Espanya with the boulevard leading up to the Catalonian National Art Museum on Mont Juic.

Apartments highly recommended. We got a very warm welcome on arrival from the owner, who gave as area maps, marked important things like supermarkets, pharmacy, metro, shops, places to visit e.t.c.
Staff is always willing to help.
We were allowed to check-in 1,5 hours before stated time (just let them know what time you expect to arrive).

Jose is wonderful host, save us money by giving many usefull informations, and fulfill some our wishes; he is very reliable. There is many good and cheap markets, restaurants, taco bars, shops and other in the neighborhood, and it is close to city center and many other Barcelona sights. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
