All the staff were exceptionally friendly, nothing was too much trouble, really genuinely lovely people taking great care to make our holiday as good and memorable as it could be. I will recommend it to all of my friends. jus make sure if you want to be used the terrace at night make reservati - The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),
