  Excellent location close to the city center and major attractions, about 20 minutes of walking to Placa de Catalunya or 3 minutes by metro ( red line metro station Marina is close by). Auch der eingezäunte Spielplatz auf dem Hof ist toll. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, dadurch dass die Schlafzimmer auf die Hofseite rausgehen, sind auch einigermaßen ruhige Näc... was die leute sagen » hte garantiert (absolute Ruhe findet man in einer Großstadt natürlich nicht...). Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und auch die Waschmaschine mit integrier - Personall war sehr bemüht und sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist in tolle Lage - nur 5 min zu Fuss zum Meer, tolle Parks und Spielplätze in der Nähe, sehr hell und freundlich!
