The staff are very friendly and willing to help, wherever required. The rooms are well appointed, extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and didn't end super early like many of the other hostels I've been to.   I like everything very much. The services is great. The rooms were allways clean (the towels changed every day) and confortable. The location of the hostal Oliveta is very convienent. Just couple minutes from metro station Parallel, also you can easily reach the old quarter, La Ramblas on foot. It will take 10-15 minutes to walk. Die Lage ist vor allem im Hochsommer perfekt, 1/4 Std. vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, und man kann sich vom Shoppen oder von den Besichtigungen am und im Aussenpool erholen, bevor man sich wieder in die Stadt begibt zum Nachtessen. Direct by metro to old Barcelona in only a few stops (Jaume I). Front desk staff multilingual and very helpful. - Reception staff were speaking good english, rooms were good size and well/new decoatered. also inetersting design with entry throught the bathroom, likes they had a shower for my husband and a tube that i could use. Good breakfast. Unfortunatly, we didn't had time to try the spa, i undestood it is very good and prices were reasonable for what i saw
