They hustled us up to our room to rest right away, and let us deal with the checking in later in the afternoon. We most appreciated the hot drin - The room was perfect in convenience and decor. The staff was extremely caring, hospitalble and helpful. The receptionist wrote out, in Spanish, the symptoms when we had to visit urgent care. We extended our stay two nights because we enjoyed the ambiance and staff so much I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.
