  The location of this boutique hotel is stunning. Nestled among the Picos with great views. Jose and Nuria are very friendly people and we liked the relaxed atmosphere at the hotel. It was lovely to relax before dinner with a fab g&t with other guests in the lounge area. We ate at the hotel both nights, the food and wine was great and we didn't... was die leute sagen » fancy the roads after dark (and a glass of wine). We had a junior suite, which was huge and had a covered balcony and a spa bath. I would highly reco - This hotel is absolutely lovely! We stayed for four nights in the first week of September. Our room was lovely, the village was quiet, there was a wonderful peaceful feel to the property. It is beautifully decorated with real attention to detail. The food was so good we ate every night in the restaurant. We had a wonderful relaxing break at Quintana.
