Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is payable upon arrival. This will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. It is possible to rent a high chair for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. A playpen is available for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. You can also rent a fan for an additional cost of EUR 15 per week. Please inform Casa Ella in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
