  We had a great reception by Patricia. Was shown the apartment and the facilities and then given information and maps of what to do locally. The recommendations of where to eat were great. Wonderfully located in the historic area of Granada. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace of the Alhambra. Great place to sit and relax.   Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen wir zu tun hatten, waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend (beispielsweise konnte man sich ein Bügeleisen ausleihen, Karten für die Alhambra mittels der Rezeption bestellen, etc.). Die Zimmer waren sehr stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und mit modernster Technik versehen -W-LAN,integrierte Klimaanlage der neuesten G... was die leute sagen » eneration, LCD Ferseher, Chipkartenschlösser, etc. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Deutsch, Englisch). Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Zimmer ruhig und nett eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar, direkt um die Ecke fuhr ein Bus zur Alhambra.

However you can walk to the bus stop (20 min walk) and then go from there. I got a coach into and out of Granada and the bus to and from the coach station goes directly outside the hostel.   The staff is really friendly, helpful and willing to make your stay enjoyable. The location is good - just 15 min walk from the railway station and 10 min walk to the city center. The side street where it is located is quiet, so it is possible to have a good sleep which is rare in Spain.Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. When we had language problems, the owner pulled up a translator online and we communicated that way. Only a short walk away from all the really cool parts of Granada.
