  The Stella Maris was a very central apartment beside the beach. It had a supermarket at the back of it which had gluten free foods clearly marked. It was close to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and the town centre. I also found the staff very helpful, especially when my mother got bitten by mosquitoes and got an infection as a result on ... was die leute sagen » the day we were going home. The reception called the doctor and let me know where to find an open chemist on a Sunday. They also let us stay until 3 - The location was excellent - right across the road from a lovely beach - a supermarket around the corner and a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a late flight and because the hotel was quiet they allowed us a late check out which was very helpful. The only thing I would ask for is a small amount of washing up liquid and a washing up sponge as well as tea towel would have been useful.

  Lovely reception area and fantastic staff especially the receptionists who offered us a different room but they soon sent the maintenance guy along to us and there was then was no need to move. The bar/dining room staff were also really friendly and professional. All public areas and guest rooms were kept very clean. We had only one evening meal in the restaurant, which - Really nice apartments, basic but clean and comfy. They had some of the best cooking facilities we've had in similar apartments (including in ski resorts) - a full sized fridge, dishwasher and plenty of utensils. The pool had a lifeguard on duty at all times (whilst open) and he was always willing to help you re-arrange the furniture or drag over a parasol. Location was good, a 5min walk from the beach and lots of restaurants and the supermarket underneath was big and well stocked and reasonabl
