I thought the place was fabulous as it consisted of a brand new, low rise building, housing 12 apartments in a beautiful garden full of palm trees, collected from all over the world and all meticulously labled. Just to say we both cannot praise Pablo the manager highly enough as he
was excellent. We traveled to the apt via a car hired from the airport
record go (will not use them again as no satnav available to hire
crazy!) due to this we were unable to fnd our way there and pablo bless
him came out of his way to guide us to the apt. What was even better we
managed to borrow a gps off him as he was so kind and took pitty on us
(left him a bottle of whiskey as a thank you). The location is amazing

It was brilliant. Great vibe off all staff from the reception to the cleaners. They always had a friendly hola! The room and breakfast was basic but that is what we expected for the price. Wifi was brilliant. Especially as tv was only Spanish channels and my Spanish is basic to say the least. Really close to beach and bus and tram links to other beaches. The milagrosa is smack bang in the old town with loads of places to eat for all budgets and it was buzzing as we went during the medieval fest

The staff were very friendly and helpful . We left one of our bags on the airport bus and Beatriz not only managed to get it back for us but left a bottle of wine in our apartment to celebrate! Apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. -

the staff were the best thing about this hostel. when i arrived i thought the hostel had a kitchen where i could cook, when i found out there was none the guy behind the counter gave me his computer to search for a hostel with a kitchen. in the end i ended up staying at sal and im glad i did as the staff were really helpful throughout my stay

The apartment was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Much better than we expected really. The location was amazing and the staff we met very kind and willing to offer any kind of help if we needed. Emilio was very helpful with all our questions and concerns, and was willing to work at our schedule rather than his. Shower stall glass door came off the hinges and shattered, but It was cleaned and replaced in no time with no fuss. Clean and modern apartment with new furnishings.
