  The staff are very welcoming and all speak very good English. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day and have lovely big balconies. We were going to the Benidorm Palace so it was handy location for us. Very good breakfast looking out to the pool not like in some hotels where the breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows.

  I have stayed at the Presidente several times. Always enjoy my stay as the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. - This is a great hotel right in the centre of Benidorm. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We will be back next year

  Very good facilities in apartment. I emailed before hand and asked for high floor. Was allocated a huge corner apartment with a massive wrap around balcony and a view to die for. It was spotless and very comfortable. Air con units in bedroom and living area that were quite and effecient at no extra charge. - The location was fabulous, only a shor... was die leute sagen » t stroll (2 minutes) to the old town. The rooms were light and airy and there was a gooid sized balcony which gave spectacular views over the beach and promenade. The beds were lovely and firm so we had a great night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again.
