  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children.   I have stayed at the Presidente several times. Always enjoy my stay as the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. - This is a great hotel right in the centre of Benidorm. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We will be back next year
