  The lodging is in a vineyard in a beautiful setting near Bakio bay. The inn is also beautiful, with great attention to detail, comfortable, inviting. There's a private path through the property down to the road that goes to the beach. The owner, who also owns and manages the adjacent boutique winery, is friendly and helpful, with amazing energy. She also gave u - We stayed in Basarte for a week and we liked almost everything. The location is excellent: it is near the mountains but within walking distance to the beach, so you can enjoy hot sun for the day and cool air for the night. The room was impeccably clean with a very comfy bed and a view to the mountain. The owners are two sisters who are very friendly and hospitable. I'd absolutely recommend to try their own wine, it's light crispy and delicious, we've even took a couple of bottles home. If we go
