The location was perfect for shopping and getting into town to see all the sights. The balcony made our stay so much more enjoyable by allowing us to eat outside and enjoy the weather. A very safe area to stay and close to a supermarket so we were able to take advantage of the very capable and well kept kitchen. -

Great place to have a quite retreat from the city. David spoke good English and was very helpful. The house is in a super location to find and to depart from if driving and a short walk to catch the metro into the heart of city or to the harbor. Best appartment ever!!! The room is really spacious, the view from the balcony was nice.It feels really good when you sip the Sangria sitting on the balcony and the enjoy the sunshine from Barcelona!!! The owner David was so helpful, he prepared the map for us and gave lots of useful advice.The location was not that city center but very safe and close to the metro, it's about 10 mins walk which is nothing to me , cuz you can enjoy the view and everything. Highly recommend to ya'll~~~

Apartment was very stylish and clean. Had everything we wanted.....plenty of sleeping space, nice sized kitchen and dining area and lots of toiletries and towels provided. The location was also ideal.

Stayed for eight nights. Fantastic apartment with full kitchen in a great neighborhood.Two bedrooms, two baths, and a terrace for my wife and me and out adult daughter for the price of a hotel room. Jose is wonderful host, save us money by giving many usefull informations, and fulfill some our wishes; he is very reliable. There is many good and cheap markets, restaurants, taco bars, shops and other in the neighborhood, and it is close to city center and many other Barcelona sights. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

The apartment was large, simply furnished but clean with all the relevant equipment in place and working. The widescreen SMART TV and free wi fi was a definite plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The appartment is centrally located and very close to Place Cataluyna (Centre of Barcelona) and Las Ramblas. Its also very quiet, yet close to many eateries and beautiful sites. Would most definitely recommend it

Alex welcomed us like family and was extremely helpfull. He escorted me and my family up to the apartment. Once we were in, he gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how to operate the air condition and heat. He also gave us a map and showed us where all of the main sites were and how to get there.
