  I was staying for 3 noghts, and asked to not be woken up in the morning by the cleaner. I had my privacy, and got new towels every day while I was out. The staff at the reception was really friendly and polite! Very pationet when I asked for directiones:) I also like where the hotel is situated. Thanks for a good stay. The décor and fittings were all first class, very clean and nice. The rooms were very quiet even with a view to the street. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the tv had many English channels. The manager was extremely helpful and keen to please. The staff were really friendly and helpful,our double room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with en suite including wall hair dryer and the option to have towels changed daily or to re-use. Breakfast was fine but the coffee was machine coffee, however the dining area leads on to the public restaurant/c - The location was wonderful. Had very close access to everything we wanted to do and see. You could have an inexpensive quick meal or sit down for a more elegant dining experience and all within a two minute walk. The staff was wonderfully helpful and competent. Santiago was a tremendous help to me when I was have some trouble with my airline. Everything is easily within walking distance. All in all it was a great location. We did have a room that did not face the street so we slept comfortably

Great stuff, especially a middle aged man on the reception, he gave us a city map, a metro map, explained how to get to the most popular turistic places and recommended some good restaurants. Hotel also near the Sants Train Station and ALSA bus ticket counter (if you want to go to other city by bus). If you are a walker like me, you can get to all the sights by foot. Alternatively, you can get everywhere by Metro which is a few steps away from the hotel. The room was small but adequate, it was clean. It wan't pristine, but it was acceptable. My room had a balcony which was an amazing bonus. The WiFi was strong. The towels were changed daily. The hotel has elevator and a 24hr desk.
