  This hotel is stunning, we have stayed many lovely hotels across Europe but the staff and rooms are fantastic. We had a problem with our car & the receptionist Jose spent hours trying to sort it out if all hotels had this level of customer service it would be wonderful.   This was our first stop in Spain after leaving the Santander ferry. The hotel is just off the motorway which is excellent and also good for walking into the center of Simancas. Good secure parking in front of the hotel, also you can pay to park in a lock up garage.
