  Beautifully decorated and spacious room in a charming setting with a spectacular mountain view. The owners were extremely attentive and went out of their way to make me feel at home. They also provided lots of good sightseeing and hiking tips around this magnificent area. - We only stayed 1 night, but were very happy with the spacious room. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

  Lovely views of the ocean from the chalets. Very friendly people all round and hearty meals. Surprisingly good wine selection. Lovely walks through the coastal forest. - Spectacular view overlooking the ocean. Very clean and well equipped kitchen, the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the food was good.

  The staff at the Fernery were so friendly and helpful. The attention to detail and care that went into the evening meal (a prepared barbeque) was amazing and we felt really spoiled. I'd highly recommend the Fernery but would suggest a stay longer than we had (only one night unfortunately) as there is so much to experience. Also the Boxer dog belonging to the owners' son is the most gorgeous dog I've eve - My wife and i stayed in a B&B Chalet for 3 magnificent nights. This place is off the charts with total freedom & tranquility - only wish it would never have ended. We will return to this beautifull haven in the near future ..........

  We stayed in one of the “Swiss Chalet” style rooms on the upper floor. The room was comfortable and clean, though a small fridge would have been welcome. The (outside) stairs to the room are quite steep, and can be slippery when wet. Care is required. Breakfast in the De Oude Martha Restaurant was excellent (buffet style but with eggs cooked to or... was die leute sagen » der) and the food and service in the Hunter’s Pub most enjoyable. We would visit again, but would try to book one on the more expensive colonial- styl - There is not a lot of choice of accomodation in Stormsriver but this place is rather lovely. Great accomodation if a little dark and dated looking in the bedroom and bathroom but a perfect "village" setting. The restaurant is good if not great and the breakfast was excellent. We thought it was good value for money and had a very pleasant stay.

  We booked this on the day..7mins later I had a lovely confirmation email from Marion confirming our stay. Everything was wonderful, very welcoming, wonderful breakfast (that morning was our 25th wedding anniversary) We didn't tell them but breakfast was so nice, it started our day off perfectly.Wish we could have stayed longer. - Fabulous locatio... was die leute sagen » n, room, space, bed!
