  The facilities and rooms are superb. The eco-pool is a nice feature, something different. It is about a 15 minute drive to town but staying in a secluded setting is worthwhile.   I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent 5 star hotel at a fraction of the cost of some competitors. The city location is vibrant and interesting.   This was probably the best service i found in South Africa. You could compare with a service in Europe. The food was divine and you don't need to be Hungry to eat this lovely food...The garden was magical and surprising for 25 min from town...no need to go to Franschoek or Stallenbosch.
