Staff friendliness and willingness to assist in any way was outstanding. Breakfasts were varied and tailored to all of our needs. The privacy and space in our family suite was excellent with a child. The complimentary wifi and mini bar, which was replenished daily, are a very nice touch and something that hardly any boutique hotel of this size offers.
Our room was lovely, spacious, clean and luxurious and with a great view of the ocean.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and that just made it an even nicer place to stay.
Will definitely be returning.

I have stay at this hotel each year for a week for business. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying

the restaurant was fantastic and the rooms/grounds of the hotel were gorgeous. We were a little worried because we were in the smallest room in the place but it was a lovely room, so no complaints there - The quality of service and efficiency of all teh saftt, very impressive indeed !!!!

What is not to like. The service was so excellent, nothing to big or small for the staff to handle. We went for the Parlotones Concert and was drop off and collected from the venue. Then dinner at Sir Henry White. Food was exceptional as well as the services. Our stay overall was the best ever locally as well as abroad.
