I erroneously left my wallet in the room that I had booked in. I immediately received a call advising me of the misplaced wallet. I received everything in good order, nobody had tampered with the contents. I'm still highly appreciative of the staff for their efficiency and integrity! I also highly appreciated the buffett at Saffron Restaurant!

The venue is situated at the habour, so we could view the activities of
the harbour which was interesting. The venue is also very peaceful and
quite, so if you want to relax, away from the "city in the
city", this is ideal. We also loved the lounge area outside in the
courtyard, so if you want to have your meal or drinks outside the
restaurant, it makes it an excellent option.

A big comfortable bed, friendly and very helpfull staff. Secure parking. Cleaning staff did an excelent job. Hotel was modern. Swimming pool area is the best. Rooms are excellent and huge. The beds are out of this world. Easy access in and out Hotel. Underground Parking. Have stayed in 5 star Hotels in Durban area before and must say if sea view doesn't bother you this place is the best.
