  My experience at the hotel was everything and more than i expected. The positive thing is transport is just near meaning local taxis without a hassle in just few seconds. The friendly staff of Albany hotel always available to assist with a smile.   Although its in the city, you don't get to hear to city noise and the views from the hotel are very nice - From arrival to departure, we were made to feel that we were guests and not just people to fill rooms. We would stay there again when next we visit Durban.
