  Very nice and quiet family run hotel, with an accomodating and friendly staff. Probably the best hotel breakfast I have had, ever (and I travel a lot in business). A quite and nice neigbourhood, but only a 10 min walk to the more busy and noisy centre of Cape Town.   Before we even arrived we received an informative letter and help in planning our holiday. Staff could not have been more helpful with recommendations and answers to our every question. Carol, the owner is personable and greeted us warmly on our arrival. She took the time to get to know us and tell us a little about herself. The hotel was spotless and the breakfasts were fantastic! We love the extra attention we get from boutique hotels and this was did no disappoint. I state with my 3 adult children.
