  The room we had was quite basic and a bit older, but had everything we needed and was comfortable, with fresh towels and linens, and a nice view into the town. Also the owner, Arno, was very friendly and helped us with some plans and offered great tips - Excellent location; smack in the middle of the town center. The owner (arno Zacharias who looks like a rock star) & his staff were all accommodating & professional. They helped me plan small trips in & around stunning Stellenbosch. Ah, everybody should not miss the wine route! Room was kept immaculate. Breakfast was adequate. Arno was kind enough to offer me a lift back to the train station for capetown. Thanks! I will definitely stay here again. I really liked the welcoming spirit.

  It offered very good value for money and since we we going to a wedding and only going to be arriving late and night and leaving early the next morning, we did not need all the bells and whistles. So, for us it ticked all the boxes - convenient, comfortable, well located, well priced. Most important question of all: Would you go back ?   Everything about the guest house was great. The apartment I had booked was so cosy and the service was superb. I have been recommending the place to friends since my return home.
