  Kettle in room. Helpful staff allowed me a coffee & croissant in the bar rather than spending 180 rand for a breakfast I didn't want. Excellent lighting - at last a chain which appreciates people want decent light to live by. Good shower overhead and hand held. Can open windows.   Everything was positive, especially the friendly and helpful staff. Everything I needed was provided and it was easy to get help and service.
