  Marvellous place. Another one reason to come back to Knysna, just to stay there. It's more, than just a hotel. The place not just to get the bed and breakfast, but to enjoy every minute. - Every thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, owner was more like a long time friend. Would love to go back, and stay longer.

  We really love everything about Augusta Bay Guest House - the location, the staff / services, comfort, cleanliness. Its modern and have free and stable wi-fi in the room, individual parking lot and really facing the head front. There's no elevator but the staff helped us to bring our luggages up, so it OK. The bathroom and shower were exceptionally good for getting in and out of with mobility problems. Staff were most welcoming when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were excellent. The location at the Heads is absolutely superb with an excellent restaurant only yards away.

The staff were really helpful and Lloyd popped in while we were having breakfast and had some great recommendations for us, and even took the time to go through the local maps to show us places of interest.
