  Very warm welcome from Venessa; she was a good host interested in her guests and very helpful. Cook (I apolgise for forgoting her name) was lovely; new to the B&B kitchen her cooked breakfasts were great, not greasy, beautifully presented with fruit appetizer and a french press of coffee or tea.
