  The lodge is in a beautiful setting and the accomodation units charming spacious and spotlessly clean. Only regret is we did not have more time to just chill out at this fabulous place and have Tinker Bell the fabulous Jack Russell lead us on the bush walks within the property. Special thanks to Kurt for the lovely meals. I would highly recommend Hami - I arrived late in the evening and departed early in the morning not really taking the time to enjoy the facility. The staff were great getting me to their location and taking care after I checked in. Lots of neat touches to the room and complex giving it a South Africa atmosphere. Very quiet and relaxing. A complimentary breakfast was waiting for me at the gate when I departed for Kruger at 5:30am. That was very nice.

  The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and the gardens absolutely lush. The fact that the driveways have not been paved keeps everything natural! Just a good old fashioned hotel devoid the indifference one finds in chain hotels and pretentious B&Bs.   The location on the bank of Sabie-river with view into Kruger-NP is excellent. All members of the staff were very, very friendly. We recommend to book breakfast and lunch; both are tasty and really good value for money. We stayed in the luxury tent, it had its own bathroom, just make sure, some of the tents have a bathroom outside the tent. The tents are decorated nicely and is comfortable. They acoomodated our kids with a cot and a small bed, and the kitchen was also friendly in bringing smaller portions e - We arrived at Sabie in the late afternoon and were greeted by friendly and happy staff yet so professional they made us feel at home and safe..The morning trip to Kruger where excellent our Guide Patrick was so knowledgeable and explained the animals and their behaviour were....the Staff at the Sabie were as well second to none ...everyone appeared to be happy to be of service , they would come and chat with us and were always around to ask if all is well ...and in addition the Manager Stuart t
