  Loved the warm reception of the staff especially the lady in charge at the reception. I appreciated their friendliness to my young children especially, who were all over the place.   The location was very good. It is located in a very serene and secure estate and very close to the Sandton City Mall (about 10 minutes drive). The room (was upgraded to a self catering room) was very spacious, clean and well lit and the breakfast was good. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful - Feel like part of a big family
