I have stay at this hotel each year for a week for business. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying

We absolutely LOVED everything about the apartment...location, staff inparticular "Solly"at the reception. He was very helpful in assisting us with whatever help we wanted. The facilities were excelllent although we did not explore all of them, but it is definitely worth visiting again

The mod hotel together with it's location and beautiful sea and mountain views and sunsets, the bar and restaurants with their efficient and friendly staff, safe undercover parking, close proximity to Cape Town's CBD. waterfront and Century City, and the luxurious Junior suite we chose for our three night stay. I stayed in the sea-facing room. The decor was fabulous, the bathroom with live Roses and wild flowers lended a "homey" feel to it. The staff was super friendly, caring and accommodating. .. felt like home away from home. The semi-private balcony with the view and sound of the ocean was much appreciated -
