  The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast selections were very good although there's no "hot" breakfast options such as eggs. They made delicious homemade desserts in the mornings. I stayed in the Fire Room that has a big outdoor balcony that is like having another room in addition to your hotel room. There was a beautiful view of th - Excellent stay. Staffs were extremely attentive and welcoming since you stepped into the door and until you leave. They are all happy to answer any questions you have and provide extra information about the area and Slovenia in general. Room is spacious and the house has a nice garden where you can relax. Really close to shops, bus stops and of course lake bled itself. Highly recommend staying here.

  I am a returning guest. I visit the place at least twice a year. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is never crowded. The ammenities are clean and nice. I really like the location of the hotel. - clean rooms, nice staff speaking english and german, nice rooms especially bathroom, good breakfast with fresh fruits and a large selection

  Wir bezeichnen die Unterkunft als eine Art Chalet in prachtvoller Lage. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt, es ist an Alles gedacht, und wenn jemand meint, es fehle doch etwas, dann werden die beiden liebenswürdigen Hausleute sofort dafür sorgen, dass dem abgeholfen wird. Das Haus besticht durch seine Lage, seinen Charme und die gute traditionelle Küche,... was die leute sagen » vor allem aber durch den unaufdringlichen Service der beiden Gastgeber. Als besondere Zuckerln gibt es Sauna, ein Jacuzzi im Freien und einen Fahrrad - Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einer ganz freundlichen und kompetenten Gastgeberfamilie. Wunderbares Essen, tolle Mountainbikes und bestens ausgearbeitete Tourenvorschläge machen den Urlaub perfekt. Ein kleiner feiner Wellnessbereich hilft den gequälten Muskeln.   I put maximum points to this hotel - we really enjoyed everything staying there! A small side-trip from the main highway (we travelled by car) - and we found ourselves in absolutely amazing location. Everything is brand new, shining clean, the staff very friendly, good breakfast. Surroundings are spectaculous as well. Kids had fun watching animals... was die leute sagen » outside - there were horses and ponies. One of the other plesant things were that soon after booking the hotel contacted me and offered 2-room apartm - The service was excellent and the evening meals very good with the chef coming out to see us as we were eating to ask what we thought of the meal. The staff behind the reception were really helpful suggesting places for us to visit which were better than anything I had found in the numerous books I had bought on the area. And the bikes were free to use. We were able to expend lots of energy to make up for the enormous meals we ate in the evening.
