  The Superb Hostel was in an ideal location for a walk to the Singapore Conference Centre, and the local underground station. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful - even to calling someone in to mend the public computer on my behalf. Showers were hot and there was a hanging space where clothes could be dried. This budget hostel was excellent value and the owners made everything very easy with maps showing the way from the nearest undergroun - I liked the location, 1 min walk from Arab St. Nearby amenities, restaurants, 7-eleven and ATM machine. The owner was incredibly friendly and they had the most coomprensive guides inside the Hostel. As soon as you walk in there is a wall full of useful information. Every place you want to visit is there! Complete with the route you need to take. Well done! The shower, Internet and shared bathroom where always cleaned. I will certantly recommend it.

  Loved the central location. It was a 10 min walk from the Bugis MRT and closer to bus stops. Plenty of restaurants down Arab Street and adjoining streets and hence one has a good choice of reasonably priced meals. Many curious shops down Arab Street and adjoining Haji Lane to sate one's appetite. The people down the street were extremely friendly, w - hi all. I really just can recommend the shophouse and would always come back there if I will be in Singapore again.
