  Hotel is in a walking distance to Haram mosque. The room is suitable for family and has quit air conditioning. The breakfast arrangement was a bit strange, they have separate section for people from iran and another section for malasia, we were sent to a seprate area for arab.I Think this because there is different buffet for different taste. The rooms where very spacious, clean and well furnished. The reception staff where very polite and friendly. The hotel is well situated and reasonably located from the holy Prophets mosque.

The one occasion where we did not stay was due to having to stay near a friend who we were helping out. This is just a wonderful and friendly hotel and makes us feel right at home in Madinah, so much so, that my children do not want to stay anywhere else when we travel to Madinah. - Our arrival was received by a staff and greeted by our first name at the hotel entrance. Welcoming drinks were served to our family. Fast check in and check out. Location was excellent, next to the Haram. Supermarket available at the lower level. Vast selection of food for breakfast at two different restaurants. Food was good. Wifi speed in room is good but access was limited to two devices only.
