  It's the second time we stayed at the Plaza and our opinion hasn't changed a bit: Excellent staff and manager. Everyone was very helpful and provided wonderful service. The hotel is simply great. There are some pictures on a display and, dependin - The staff was very friendly and helpful, like Claudio who helped us with our bags or the woman of the Spa who speaks spanish perfectly. Everyone was very flexible and professional, they opened the spa to our convenience. We ordered sandwiches in our room and they were delicious and at a great price. I specially liked the design of the hotel in general, including the spa.

  Not sure what the negative review was about. We arrived with backpacks and had no issues. Room was great, spa bath, patio doors onto the pool terrace and a huge room. Spa bath fully working. Very clean. Breakfast good enough to get you going. One of the only hotels to cook eggs fresh to order. Ask for room 3, more like a suite at no extra cost. Breakfast was delicious - a lot of food on table, bread, cheese salami etc. Man from reception made for us an omlet and coffe. There is nice City view from windows. Clean and big rooms.
