  This is a true 5 star hotel and hard to find these days. Many others around the world claim they are and are far from it. At the Grand Continental I felt I was really being served as a guest and not passed through the doors like hundreds of others that have come before me. The coffee which so many hotels serve up heavily over brewed was served fresh. If - Absolutely loved the grandeur of the hotel and the room we were given. We were offered an upgrade when we arrived which was fantastic. The spa centre is 5 star with a very spacious jacuzzi and great sauna. The breakfast was fantastic and the location suburb. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury and comfort.

  The staff were just brilliant! Almost without exception, they not only did their job, but they clearly enjoyed it and made our conference there a lot more enjoyable! Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, location is very near to old town (5-10 mins stroll). - The view from the room was amazing. Staff very helpful.

It was amazing as we have booked the also the Athenee Palace suite as a surprise for him with cake ( out of this world prepared for the hotel for 18 people) and food again provided by the hotel at very good prices .. Bravo Hilton Bucharest top on my list from all the other Hilton Hotels I have stayed ... The only - I have never received such genuine service like I had at the Athenee Palace! Laura gave us a long list of recommended places to visit both in Bucharest and in Brasov, including the coolest restaurant in the mountains. Gabriella actually lent her her own coat so that I would be warm enough while sight seeing! We will absolutely be returning to the Athenee Palace Hilton on our next trip to Bucharest!
