  Wir kamen um 22.10 Uhr an also 10 Min nachdem die Rezeption schließt. Die junge Dame begegnete uns im Hinterhof, als sie nach Hause fahren wollte und wir unseren Wagen parken wollten. Ohne ein Anzeichen von Ungeduld oder Murren hat sie uns sehr freundlich eingecheckt ( also unbezahlte Überstunden geleistet ) .   Location is really good - just a few minutes walk from old town square. Breakfasts were good but with limited choice of food.   The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick at clearing tables during breakfast. The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. The free WiFi was a great bonus. The hotel is in a great location for walking to the old town, - The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

  The guy that looks after the apartment was very friendly and helpful. We left an item in the apartment and he was great in communicating with us and got it back to us before we left Wroclaw :) The apartment was lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. Tea and filter coffee were provided in the kitchen and although the kitchen does not have an oven there was a 2 hob hotplate which wa - Greg the owner is a really friendly guy. There was somebody upstairs making noise one day and he came straight over and sorted it out for us. He felt very bad even though it wasn't his fault! His apartment was spotless, comfortable and in a perfect position close to the old town and a supermarket. Would recommend to budget conscious travelers that want a bit of extra comfort.

  Staff very helpful & did our laundry when they could not figure out how to use the apartments washer. Service beyond our dreams. The location was right in the town plaza. Note that this is a vacation room/apartment organization that has many varied units in the area and is not a hotel, per se. - I liked friendly and professional Staff....   Great location. Good value for money when travelling with >3 people. Good option when travelling with children. The view of the square is fab. The checking in was simple and quick as was the checking out. I requested a alte check out which was granted without any hassle. The apartment manager even rang me to confirm this. The apartment itself is a little basic but still has all that is need - The girl from the reception was very friendly and efficient, the flat we stayed is charming, clean and spacious, well located in the heart of Wroclaw and close to good coffes, restaurants, bars and the historical center. And theres a parking included in the price, and everyone knows how hard is to park in the centre of town =) Was really a good experience!

You must not miss a swim in the swimming pool if you are in this hotel.   We really liked this hotel. We arrived at 1 am, the staff oened the bar for us. The room is large and comfortabe. Breakfast, marvellous! I recommend this hotel for everybody! - Every thing was very nice. Staff extremely helpful. On little complain - I missed fresh bread on sunday breakfast. The rest was superb.
