I loved the cookies we received when checking out. No doubt - one of the best hotels when it comes to service ever, and i have been to many hotels=)

It was a really nice gesture and showed to us that there was a lot of care and attention to the running of this hotel. We were really pleased with this h - I was pleasantly surprised to find a luxuriously designed hotel, especially considering the condition of the surrounding area and for such an amazingly low room rate. Fabulous accommodations, fine dining and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Hotel Moderno to anyone visiting Poznan!!

I asked if I could have my breakfast before the normal schedule for it (7:30-10:30), because I will be leaving at 6:30 and they prepared me an amazing breakfast. Everything was perfect. Room was clean with big bathroom. Flat TV and hair dryer available. Dinner in the restaurant (also breakfast) was fantastic. Very good price-quality level. I strongly recommend this place and will stay here next time we visit Poznan.
