  Staff was very friendly. The cafe downstairs was a nice place to sit and have a drink. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, they do not clean and change linen or towels during your stay (we stayed 4 nights), but this was O.K. with us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow! - It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none.
