  Excellent swift check-in as usual. Large clean well appointed rooms. Good buffet breakfast. We stayed 2 nights then due to floods and cancelled flights had to rebook and stay one more night, staff were good and very accommodating. Considering location, this is easily the best quality and value hotel around. We'd previously spent one night in Hotel H20, and although we enjoyed it, we thought it wasn't worth paying the high price to stay there for the rest of our time in Manila (another 3 nights). Bayleaf was an excellent option - it's good value in a city that seems to cater to only the low and high ends, with a gaping hole for the mid-range market. The staff are super friendly (especially sweet wee Chester on the front desk), the rooms are immaculately tidy
