  WE loved the reception we received from Thomas - he was sincerely helpful, cheerful and friendly. We asked for an extra heater and he brought it over almost immediately. He offered information and helpful suggestions eg when we asked about fishing and was available at all times. Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful staff but what makes it unique is LOCATION. Facilities are also good, free parking, wifi works well, coin laundry. The woman who runs the place was a delight and so friendly and helpful, so much so that you want to give her your money.   What a wonderful place. Gorgeous views, amazing room (with fjord view), great breakfast, all was excelent. One of my best experiences in Hotels in Norway. It is best if you have a car to get all the way up there, though. Or maybe catch the bus? Don't know. I even got to experience snow in the afternoon and clear sunny day the next morning.
