  We had a wonderful two days staying in this lovely accommodation which is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was a bonus and very well equipped to prepare our own meals which is great with children to feed. We could also come and go as it suited us which was very useful as the place is very central to all the attractions and shops. ... was die leute sagen » There is also a secure courtyard to store our bikes. The rooms are at the top of the building which is a bit of a climb, but worth it for all the roof - What a surprise beyond the gate and up the stairs to the roof tops. In the centre of Alkmaar beautifully refurbished store room above the shops. The room was spacious with a table setting, small lounge with TV and very comfortable beds. Adjoined bathroom facilities and kitchen was appreciated. Owners very friendly and helpful

  It was a home from home and we instantly felt relaxed - Frits and Jutta were very friendly and also very helpful. Bikes are also available which is a great feature but busses & trams run all the time to the city center. I would definitely stay
