  Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; das Frühstück war sehr reichlich. Obwohl es offiziell das Frühstück nur bis 10:00 Uhr gab, konnten andere Gäste auch noch um 11:00 Uhr frühstücken;die Verbindung ins Zentrum per Straßenbahn (hielt vor dem Hotel) war sehr gut, zu Fuß war das Zentrum auch leicht erreichbar.   Personal sehr freundlich und flexibel, Zimmer sauber, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung - Uns hat ziemlich gut gefallen das die Tram sehr nah lag und auch die mitarbeiter sehr nett waren... Ausserdem hat uns auch sehr gefallen das wir das Frühstück aufs zimmer bekommen haben, nur der kaffee war etwas zu dünn... aber ansonsten war alles gut...
