  Es ist bequemer, nicht mit dem Auto anzureisen, da nur teure Parkplätze in der Nähe zur Verfügung stehen. Dank der zuvorkommenden Begleitung durch den Chef haben wir dann doch noch Glück gehabt. I was only staying for one night en route to Africa, but they were very accommodating in every way. The Garden Room is spacious and comfortable. They thoughtfully provide breakfast in the room so that guests can have it at whatever time is best. Also, the location is excellent--very walkable to many if not most of Amsterdam's major places of interest. One note: the two flights of stairs are steep, so that may be something to consider.

  My host was very nice! The place was nice and comfortable. It's like a home away from home. It was quiet except for the church bells ringing nearby but given all the possible noise somewhere else, I'll take the church bells anytime! Also serves as an alarm clock for 8am. If the other occupants are rowdy the host will tell them to be quiet.

  This is probably the most impressive Bed&Breakfast that we have ever stayed in European countries. At beginning it may appear to be a common cheap and dirty small hotel in downtown.
