I came late at night and the building receptionist took me to the floor where the hostel was and showed me around and I actually checked in and paid in the morning. You can tell that the hostel is located in the pretty new building and therefore there is a lot of space in showers, toilets and common room. Btw, its the nicest common room I've seen--there are table, so you can eat, sofas, big flat screen and A LOT of dvd's if you want to watch a movie. On the arrival they give you a code that'.

The design of the hostel is really nice even the toilets are decorated(one is hello kitty !!) the bathrooms and the toilets are clean. They have a public computer. They have also socket adapters for other countries. The beds are also clean. And only girls, this is really nice!! And the key of the door is code.It's near the train/metro station. There is a cheap supermarket around(lindi? I forget the name).you can see movies in living room . The hostelle uses very comfortable bed linens - smell good and immaculate white. The designs on the wall, furniture, of the cups and saucer and plates are quite feminine - I kind of liked it. The hostelle also allows guests to leave things that they do not need like books, clothes, etc. The breakfast was ample for people like me. There is a common room where one can watch TV and have breakfast, etc. The hostelle is next to shops and not far from the Metro. The place was clean, the personnel were kind and professional, the place was located very close to the Ziggo Dome Arena and to a big metro station. Time from the metro station to the center of the city by metro - appr. 20 mins. From Hostelle to the station appr. 10 mins (or less). Very convenient location, very nice place, the prices were excellent. I strongly recommend it! It was great experience we had in Amsterdam! Greetings from Bulgaria!. Hostelle is a great place to stay! The staff are all very accommodating and friendly. They go an extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The cleaners are commendable. They work hard to keep the place clean. This is something difficult as some guests do not try or forget to clean their mess. Hostelle treats their guests as a family. Their warmth and kindness adds more flavor to the joy of being in Amsterdam. Thank you, Hostelle!. I really liked the atmosphere in a hostel, everything is very cosy and neat. Especially the common area with the TV, couches and pillows where you can hang out and watch movies. Hostelle is very clean in all areas. It's very close to the metro (about 3 minutes walk) and only 7 stops from the city center, which takes you 10-15 minutes to get there. Enjoyed my one night stay there. I really liked the location of the Hostelle, close on the metro/train to central railway station or the airport, there is the square with lots of shops nearby. People from staff are very friendly there, and the price is good. At the reception you can always buy breakfast and even museum tickets. If my friends go to Amsterdam, I'll definitely recommend them Hostelle. The staff was very nice and helpful. The facilities were so clean that my shower stall was cleaned right after I used it! I felt safe in this female-only hostel and all the guests were respectful. The 4 person dorm was big enough and I felt like it was a really good price for the facility. Even if there were lots of young people staying in hostelle, it's atmosphere stayed calm and we had no trouble going to sleep early. Fantastic and very helpful staff. Brilliant kitchen and bathroom facilities, centre of town an easy distance by Metro (not very expensive) and easy to come back from late nights out on the bus. The stuff is really nice and responsible. And the place is quite clean. Near a supermarket that you can cook in the kitchen. (there's a great kitchen here!) And is quite safe at night. it was very near to station also ziggo doma where I needed to be for barbara streisand concert was easy to get to amsterdam in 15minutes good value for money very good breakfast. On one of the nights the WiFi wasn't working in the common room as well. The 8-bed room is pretty narrow. At the check in they don't ask for ANY ID. I have one night in six beds room and two nights in four beds room. The four beds room is much smaller.I'd rather stay in six beds room. Well, the area does not have a good reputation but the streets leading to the location have sufficient lights. If you are travelling alone, I will just discourage you from staying late in the city. It was hard to find a hostel at the beginning. Nothing!. Hostelle is somewhat out of the way of the Amsterdam town center, so the commute was longer than we would have liked. But it was right next to a major station and therefore easily accessible by public transportation. Other slight downsides: the overhead lighting in the rooms is not very good, and the breakfast didn't seem worth 5 euro. Low speed of the internet. A little hard to find at first. One or two times we got only cold water from the shower, but mostly showers worked fine. cleanness, not enough bath room / toilets in busy hours (morning, evening) no enough chair in the rooms, uncomfortable beds, and no dark curtains in the room. Nothing it was really good. Need to take a metro to go to the downtown Amsterdam, and the location is not so friendly to the people with heavy luggage (ha!). The location! I ended up crashing with friends I met out one night because it was so far away. Cleanliness in the bathrooms could be better. It would be nice if every bed had chair or some shelves where you can put clothes and also individual light over the bed. The situation is a little far away from the railway station...the bed has a little noise.. It was kind of hard to find it at first, but the directions on their website were very precise, so I guess it was mostly my fault. The staff cleaned the rooms before check out time which woke me up. Wifi signal didn't reach the farthest bedroom. Hot water tap didn't work. The breakfast isn't included and it's five euros, the bed was a little noisy, but it's okay. The city center is quite far from the hostel but it can be reached by metro. Some travelers were impolite but it is not hostel's fault. Poor wifi connection. Not all rooms are wide enough. Location not in center but very close to a station. creaking bed in my room (15). None. It could be cleaner, but it's really not the fault of the staff. At the time we stayed there were many girls. Out of order were two toilets. Some guests apparently don't know how to use a toilet brush and other Equipment, but that was not Hostelle's fault. A little dust on the bedside shelves, made me think how clean the room is. Put some paper tower in shower room and ask girls to clean out their hair. It's a problem with many hostels... no individual bed lights. it would be so easy That's my only comment , everything else was great. thanks. The bathrooms were not always that tidy, but it was no fault of Hostelle. The women using it were not always that neat. - The location. It is quite far from the center of Amsterdam. the location. cleaness. A bit strange location, a top floor of a office building. That is not really a problem but makes it harder to find.
