We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD!   A nice reception, where the staff showed us around. We stayed in the budget rooms and were pleasantly surprised. The room was small but fine establishments with comfortable bedding.   The riad was lovely, very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a 10-15min walk to the main square and souks and my friend and I felt fairly safe walking around even at night (once we got used to the crazy traffic around the medina!).   We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.
