  We stopped in Taroudant en route to Essaoiura from the desert. As it happened, it was our one cloudy day in two weeks but despite the dank weather we ventured into the Medina city. It's only small, unlike sprawling Marrakech and provides a better reflection of ordinary Moroccan life. The city itself wasn't too special but the Riad was lovely and i... was die leute sagen » f it hadn't been cloudy we would have used the pool. The room was clean, spacious, very comfortable and cool. The receptionist was very welcoming and - A wonderful Riad with most beautifully and individually decorated and very clean rooms. Based on the very good description and fotos sent by the Riad after booking, it was very easy to find the Riad. All the staff, especially Ben, are very friendly and kind, so we enjoyed our stay very much. Our kids loved the wonderful little pool (which they could use even late at night). We would recommend this Riad to everybody.

  Spent 2 nights in this nice hotel near the northern part of the wall (near Bab Bouzamarne gate). Ali and his staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful (he even let us ride with them to Inezgane to catch a bus). Excellent wifi available in the room, a good heater/ac unit and satellite TV (although so many channels to wade through that we soon gave... was die leute sagen » up). The beds are very comfortable. He has several bicycles that can be used for free and the included breakfast was terrific (and huge). We had the - We stayed at Riad for three days and were happy with our choice. Staff and owner Ali were extreemely helpful- he even took us in his car around Taroudannt- Atlas mountains, Souss Massa National Park, Tioute. Without his help we wouldn't have seen so much. We regret not to have ordered to be picked up from the airport. Breakfast was delicious and tagine superb.

  Everything. Till now the best we have stayed in our trip to Morocco. We have found everything good. Run by a family, we arrived bit late after a long drive. The owner cooked snacks for us. It was amazing and he did it as compliment. It was fantastic. The riad itself is huge. You can find all the 5 star amenities inside riad. Swimming pool, spa, ha... was die leute sagen » mmam, jacquizze, and the telescope to view the stars :). The dinner was excellent with lot of varieties of food. You must try. Same goes for breakfast - Riad Timadrouine is an absolutely faboulos place to stay!!! We stayed two nights and in the end of holidays we can summarize that this was definitely the best place in morocco!! Philippe and Tehana are absolutely great! Thank you! The Food was brilliant and the Hamam and sauna so relaxant. From the terasse you have a great view to the Atlas Mountains while enjoying breakfast. 100% recommend able!!

  Riad Maia provided an excellent base for our two night stay in Taroudant. The French owners were lovely, though they spoke quite basic English (better than our non-existent French!), we enjoyed their welcoming personalities and good sense of humour. The bedroom and bathroom were perfectly clean, of generous size and well appointed. The riad was am... was die leute sagen » azingly quiet and also featured a beautiful roof terrace - it was split over a couple of levels and adorned with cacti and plants, with several chairs - Lovely Riad in the Medina of Taroudant. We were the only guests and had the small room and an adjoining lounge to ourselves. The Riad is tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, and nearby there is a nice little restaurant the owners will be pleased to guide you to. The hosts were very friendly and had many helpful tips. Make sure you look at the map the Riad provides by email before you get to Taroudant, or else you may get lost.
