  There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull.   The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy.   We truly loved everything, when we arrived we were delighted for the good taste of the decoration of the riad and the sympathy of the staff. We were recieved with a mint tea and marroccan sweets which made us immediatly taste a little of marrakech. The breakfast was good, the room was very nice (we stayed at double room Safran which i truly reccommend) but if we return to - A really peaceful retreat from the bustle of Marrackech. The staff could not do enough to help us and we would think very hard before going elsewhere if we visit Marrackech in future.
