We read excellent feedback and chose this riad and we were not disappointed!
We are a family of 4 including 2 grown-up children. We booked a family room for 4 and it was ENORMOUS! (Two single beds were separated by curtains.) The main bed was a wrought iron four-poster bed with nice laces around. There were no windows to the outside but we did not miss much and I think that kept the room cool. The room was nicely air-conditioned and after HOT outings, it was an oasis! There was no TV in -
It was one of our best trips ever thanks to this Riad and Its staff. The place and the rooms are beautiful.the welcome is very warm and The staff is extremely Nice and caring. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from jemaa El fna from Bahia palace and from tombeaux saadiens.
I Would definitely recommend this Riad. Nothing feels Like waking up in one of Its rooms to the sound of little birds and having breakfast on top of Its breathtaking terrasse. Enjoy

This place will struck you from the first minute. The family-like reception and the warm greetings overwhelms you. Abu Edriss, his wife Nadia, and Boshra, their daughter spared no efforts to make my wife, my daughter and I feel really at home. In addition, the food they provide specially the breakfast was just so good while enjoying the beautiful surrounding. If not for a tight schedule that we had, we would of stay for another night or nights there. Thanks for family and their staff. No words

What a wonderful place this is, it felt like a sanctuary. The staff and owners could not be more helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would say, I personally have high expectations from a place and this superseded them. A wonderful relaxing experience. I would highly recommend. -

The reception staff was very helpful providing a map and locations with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast on the terrace was served by a calming and attentive member of staff and varied each morning. Our suite on the second floor was spacious and quiet. Located in the Medina this riad is close to everything. The terrace area was good for sunbathing and there were loungers on another floor too. Plenty of places to sit comfortably within the riad.

It was our first night in Marrakech and what a great choice! Riad Lorsya is a hidden gem. We loved everything about it. The room was lovely, with an exotic feel, clean and comfortable. The Riad is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and big, not mentioning the fact that to my surprise I was provided with a gluten free bread! I loved the hostel, it's great, Said and Christopher are really kind and nice, always helping. They have a transfer service to pick you on airport coast 20 €, its better to ask for the transfer because the place it's a little bit dificult to find, and if you go by taxi, will be 15 € and they will leave you in the square and you'll not find the place without pay a lot of money for the local people.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

Quiet and unassuming, not luxurious but perfectly acceptable. Good facilities, lovely dining area for breakfast, and will provide dinner on request. No baths but perfectly adequate shower. Enough wardrobe and storage for your clothes, large double beds if a little too hard for me personally. Plenty of pillows and lovely warm duvets.
