There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. Staff, Accommodation, Amazing. I travel around the world and this is without question the best trip i have had for a long time. The staff where nothing short of brilliant Danial the manager openly admitted changes are a foot for the better but i could not fault this place. Simply MAGIC!

An amazing Riad!!
The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day.
Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable.
Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

It was our first night in Marrakech and what a great choice! Riad Lorsya is a hidden gem. We loved everything about it. The room was lovely, with an exotic feel, clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. Quiet and unassuming, not luxurious but perfectly acceptable. Good facilities, lovely dining area for breakfast, and will provide dinner on request. No baths but perfectly adequate shower. Enough wardrobe and storage for your clothes, large double beds if a little too hard for me personally. Plenty of pillows and lovely warm duvets.

We spent two nights in a double room of this hotel with a special offer from letsbookhotel.com. The hotel is not far away from the city centre (less than 10 mins by car/taxi) but good enough to let you away from the chaos of the medina.

The staff made us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable and it was all very pretty. The plunge pool was great cooling off in. We went on an excellent excursion to the atlas mountains which was organised by the riad and also good value. They also organised the transfer back to the airport. The driver was very nice.
