  This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team. The riad is a place of calm and quiet in a very busy city, and a dip in the pool was v - Riad Itrane was perfect in every way. Even before we arrived we had been made to feel welcome by the owners, Charlotte contacting us the week before to offer a driver to pick us up from the airport at a reasonable price, and a very delicious meal at the Riad the night we arrived (also a very reasonable price). Both could not have been more perfect for their inhabitants. Their ex-nanny pastry chef taught the kids (aged 7 & 9) how to make Moroccan pastries while Pierre - the ultra stylish manager who curates everything in the hotel with a connoisseur's - Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.
