The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it. This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013.

It is brilliantly situated just off Marrakech's souks in the centre of the Medina and amazingly peaceful considering its central, bustling location. Riad Lorsya is a hidden gem. We loved everything about it. The room was lovely, with an exotic feel, clean and comfortable. The Riad is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and big, not mentioning the fact that to my surprise I was provided with a gluten free bread! The rooms are so clean and warm and comfy with a lot of room to choose from - The staff was very nice.   Veronique the owner is genuinely friendly, and will take care of you, nothing is too much trouble. She and Jean-Marc made us feel very welcome. Veronique met us at the City wall when we arrived by taxi, and walked with us to the ryad. When we departed, she waited with us outside the City wall until the taxi arrived. This is super service.   We came to the riad through the hustle and bustle of the Medina, with the host Julien leading the way. As we entered Riad Bibtia, the tranquility and atmosphere of the building really struck us. The hospitality from all the staff throughout our six day stay was faultless. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the riad's atrium and ate splendidly - The family really takes care of their gests! Both so that you feel very welcome to their riad and to help you to plan/do nice things during your stay. When we need help to buy some jewellery, we were nicely followed to several serious shops and helped to get at good price. So very serviceminded! Thanks! PS: Taxi t/f airport may differ much. We used the same driver both ways (40 DH from just outside airport/50 DH drop off at airport). This nice and trustfull driver: 0602458448.

  Extremely friendly staff who welcome you as if you are family. Giving us refreshing fruit drinks to sip as we did our initial paperwork in the lovely courtyard. Our room, the Kennedy Suite, was clean and elegant with great architectural details.

  I originally booked for one night for me and my friends but we felt inlove with the place and the services and so I stayed for another night. Youssef is very helpful in everything we needed from the room we stayed until the sightseeings we want to visit. I run out of words to describe for their great service. Its a service given with a heart and passion. Th - I liked the friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was wonderful and enough (yogurt, orange juice, pancakes, coffee or tea, eggs and crepes), the bathroom and shower were spacious and had nice towels and bath ropes which was a very nice touch. The room felt cozy. And even though we could not lock it, I was ok with it. The roof top was ok, nothing particular. In general I liked our stay at the Riad, it had an authentic feel to it and as I said, the staff made one feel at home.
